NJB Engineering is located in Baltimore, Maryland with current projects in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County and Harford County. The company owner, Nicholas J. Brader, III (Nick) has been a practicing engineer in Maryland for over 30 years specializing in land development with extensive experience in site feasibility studies, zoning, grading studies, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plans. The office staff has a combined 40 years of design experience in land development with the qualifications to conduct projects through to approval status in a very efficient and timely manner, incorporating the latest in sustainable and environmental site design methods. Our CAD drawings are easily convertible to DWG and PDF formats, for quick and efficient exchange of information to the client.

Every project is unique, and each presents its own challenges to first uncover and then to analyze and then find the most efficient solutions. We always strive to provide innovative methods for solutions to site issues and to deliver the highest quality construction documents to our clients.
